Introduction

In this 7-day mindfulness meditation challenge, you’ll learn the techniques to effectively cultivate a calm, clear, and concentrated mind. Over seven guided lessons, you’ll practice six different techniques and then put them all together in a complete practice. You’ll strengthen your attention, expand your awareness, and cultivate loving kindness.

Meditation also has numerous physiological benefits such as pain management, better sleep, lower blood pressure, and reducing age-related memory loss. 

A healthy mind supports overall health and wellbeing, but we often neglect taking care of our mind. Meditation is a mental hygiene practice like brushing your teeth or taking a shower. The mind needs cleaning just like the body. And just as the body needs a healthy balance of exercise and rest, so too does the mind. But we tend to overstimulate the mind while never letting it rest. Meditation is a mental exercise that both trains and pacifies the mind.

We devote a chunk of our day to eating, bathing, and grooming ourselves for the sake of our physical health. Why not devote just a few minutes a day to feed, clear, and train your mind? Your mind deserves some attention and care too.
